Brian Wright is the creator of RebateMyHome - a concierge service for new construction home buyers. He has relocated to Texas twice. He has been involved in Texas real estate since 1999. His services for new home buyers were featured in the Houston Business Journal when he worked in the Bayou City early in his career. He also has a New Home Builder Specialist Certification from the Collin County Association of REALTORS®.

RebateMyHome educates Texas consumers about buying new construction real estate. We also specialize in hyperlocal agent referrals using real people. We’re not a big national real estate firm or well financed startup relying solely on public agent productivity data (e.g. MLS) or computer algorithms to match you with the best agent. We pick up the phone and make calls to see whose right for you at the right time.

- Many top producers work as part of a team and may not even specialize in the type of home you want. You may expect to work with Agent Y who is a million dollar producer only to learn that it’s another agent on her team that will be showing you the homes each weekend.
- Some top producers are top producers because they have deals with builders or other arrangements which creates a steady pipeline of business. This doesn’t guarantee that they will be great at negotiating a sales price on your single-family home.
- Top producers may sell a handful of million dollar homes every year. If your budget is $400K, then another agent that sells twice as many homes each year at your price level may be a better fit.
- So, when looking for a new home don’t look just at the agents’ sales data, work with us or let us make the calls. We live and play in the Texas market.
