You need to be able to purchase, renovate, sell, and move on to the next property as quickly as possible. Whether you or your partner has a real estate license, we can still work with you to help market your flips.
What We Do and Why?
Marketing a home after renovation is a critical time to get your money out of the property before having to incur months of mortgage payments, hard money loans, and utility bills. The quicker you can get that home in front of more eyes, the more likely you will be able to get that renovated property sold. We can work with you or your team to provide open house services at a very reasonable cost. Why waste time sitting in a property for hours over several weekends when you can be looking at new properties to acquire. We can even give you a broker's opinion on the list price of the home as part of our service at no cost to you.
Do Open Houses Work for Flips
If you're not advertising in the local MLS, then you are at a disadvantage when trying to flip a home. Luckily, there are plenty of other real estate sites where you can still effectively market your property. Open Houses are just one more tool in your toolbox to move the house more quickly. In a best case you find a buyer through one of your open houses, in a worst case you haven't spent a lot of time holding these events when you use us.

- More eyes on your property, more frequently may mean a shorter time on the market
- It gives you a chance to meet the neighbors and show you're investing in their community - could lead to other property investments

How It Works
- We will come and assist you or your team with an open house or host the entire open house for you
- We will follow your instructions for how you want your open house run and can make suggestions
- If you are working with another agent, we will pass all buyer lead information to them or can establish a referral agreement for certain leads
- We don't advertise our brand or promote our brokerage - we say, "we are a licensed agent assisting you with the open house."
- All questions, reports, follow-ups go back to you

- A licensed Texas Real Estate Agent will host the event
- Check your property is in our current service area - someone must be present to open property
- You can book an appointment online for free*
- Enter property address in comments section when making appointment
- 2-Hour Open House - $59
- 3-Hour Open House - $79
- 4-Hour Open House - $99 (best value)
- Your appointment will be verified by text/email within 24 hours. You will also get a text or phone call the day before open house.
* Payment not required until after open house; $20 charge for cancellations made on day of open house
