The National Association of Realtors (NAR) and other local boards have done various surveys on the effectiveness of open houses. Admittedly, a lot of home sales don't come from a buyer that actually attended the open house. However, that's not a reason to forgo doing an open house. Read the OH! What You Get With Our Open House Hosting Service
- Open house hosting by a licensed Texas real estate agent (often a licensed broker)
- We will come and assist you with an open house or host the entire open house for you
- We will place directional signage on the day of the event around the neighborhood
- Curbside signage will also be placed at the property
- We will follow your instructions for how you want your open house run and can make suggestions
- A sign-in clipboard is given to every visitor to get feedback - buyer lead information stays with you
- Pictures of sign-in sheets are sent to you in real-time via text message
- Chilled bottled water is offered to all guests
- We close up the house at the end (agent must be present to open house is combo lockbox is not on property)
- We don't advertise our brand or promote our brokerage - we say, "we are a licensed agent assisting you with the open house."

- Check your property is in our current service area - someone must be present to open property
- You can book an appointment online for free*
- Enter property address in comments section when making appointment
- 2-Hour Open House - $59
- 3-Hour Open House - $79
- 4-Hour Open House - $99 (best value)
- Your appointment will be verified by text/email within 24 hours. You will also get a text or phone call the day before open house.
* Payment not required until after open house; $20 charge for cancellations made on day of open house
